1. General Terms & Services
Using our Services
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Our Services display some content that is not GuinRank’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.
Description of GuinRank Services
GuinRank provides users with access to a rich collection of resources (including but not limited to Keyword Research tool, content optimization tool, Content Rewriting tool, and Content Translation) related to SEO content marketing, SEO copywriting, Search engine optimization, and Google Ranking algorithm.
You also understand that the Service may include certain communications from GuinRank, such as service announcements and administrative messages. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees.
Except as expressly authorized by GuinRank, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, create derivative works, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service.
2. Registration & Access
Your Registration Obligation
As a registered user, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. If GuinRank has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, GuinRank has the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Account Access
- Legal Information: You must provide your legal full name and a valid email address.
- Single User: Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Human Only: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. Google OAuth Data Usage Policy
Data Accessed
GuinRank accesses the following Google user data only after explicit permission:
- Basic YouTube account information (channel name, ID, profile image).
- YouTube Analytics data (views, impressions, engagement reports).
- YouTube video metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions).
- Permission to manage videos only when chosen by the user.
How We Use the Data
Performance Analysis
Providing content performance analysis and SEO insights.
Recommendations
Generating recommendations to help creators improve content.
Dashboards & Mgmt
Displaying analytics dashboards and managing videos (if chosen).
GuinRank does NOT share, sell, or transfer any Google user data to third parties. Data is only shared if required by law or with your explicit authorization.

Encryption
Stored securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / SSL / AES-256).
API Tokens
API tokens are encrypted and never exposed publicly.
Restricted Access
Access is restricted and protected through strict authentication.

Retention, Deletion & Revoking Access
GuinRank retains Google user data only while the user’s account is active. Users may delete their account at any time, and all associated Google data and tokens will be permanently removed within 48–72 hours.
Users may revoke GuinRank’s access to their Google account at any time by visiting Google’s Security Settings. Once revoked, GuinRank immediately loses permission.
4. Policies, Refunds & Cancellation
GuinRank is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. The 7 USD trial is strictly non-refundable. For monthly subscriptions, you have 72 hours to request a refund. For yearly, you have 14 days (subject to account activity review).
Cancellation of Service
GuinRank reserves the right of unilateral service cancellation under the following circumstances:
- Client breaks these Terms and Conditions;
- Client attempts to inflict damages on the reputation or normal work of GuinRank;
- Client diverges from the normal usage patterns;
- GuinRank receives abuse requests concerning user actions from law enforcement.
About these Terms & IP Blocking
In order to protect the integrity of the Service, GuinRank reserves the right at any time to block certain IP addresses from accessing the Website. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to reflect changes to the law or our Services. Changes will not apply retroactively.
