By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided by GuinRank LLC (“GuinRank”, “Platform”, “we”, or “us”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement.

GuinRank provides users with an integrated sovereign suite of AI-driven search engine optimization, content creation, and digital marketing tools, including:

• Real-Time NLP Content Optimizer: Live semantic analysis and speedometer scoring against top Google competitors.
• Keyword Discovery & Idea Engine: Localized search volumes, difficulty metrics, intent classification, and visual question mindmaps across 190+ countries.
• Neural AI Article Architect: Long-form drafts, viral title generation, anti-AI humanizer, and multi-tone scripts.
• YouTube Video Studio: CTR prediction, viral script generation, automated tag injection, and teleprompter workflows.
• 1-Page Store Builder: Frictionless single-page e-commerce storefronts with integrated payment gateways.

To access most features of GuinRank 7, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Single User License: Standard subscriptions are strictly licensed for a single human user. Account sharing, automated multi-user credentials, or credential reselling is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
• Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, and current registration details.
• Account Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notify GuinRank of any unauthorized access.

GuinRank IP: All proprietary neural algorithms, user interface designs, computer code, trademarks, logos, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of GuinRank LLC.

Your Generated Content: You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all articles, outlines, scripts, and store content produced using GuinRank. You are free to publish, sell, or monetize generated content without paying royalties to GuinRank.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund Window: Monthly subscriptions qualify for a 72-hour refund request; annual subscriptions qualify for a 14-day refund window from the date of payment.
• Trial Plans: Promotional low-cost trial tiers ($7 trial) are strictly non-refundable once activated.

GuinRank provides search engine recommendations and AI generation tools on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While our algorithms are engineered to mirror Google's search quality guidelines, search engine rankings depend on numerous independent variables (including domain age, backlinks, user experience, and algorithm updates). GuinRank does not guarantee specific ranking positions.

In no event shall GuinRank LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GuinRank LLC is registered.
